Why Is the M&S Euro Rate Important?
Foreign exchange rates (also known as Forex and FX) is the rate at which you can buy currency or exchange one currency for another. It is important when exchanging sterling for euros that you get the best rate. In doing so you’ll get more euros for your pounds and more money to spend on your holiday. The M&S euro exchange rate fluctuates every day. What could be a great deal today might not be around tomorrow, so it’s really important that you lock in that deal to secure it for your travel money exchange. If your holiday is quite far in the future and the rate today isn’t that good, keep comparing the rate until you are happy. Many things can affect the strength of the pound against the euro, so it could be worth also keeping an eye on the news if you have a basic understanding of exchange rates and economics.
